Hebei Changhua Special Vehicle Co., Ltd(HCSV)is the top 3 trailer factory and one of the earliest special vehicle manufacturers in China.

Our company was founded in 1994 and is located in Huanghua City, Hebei Province. The total investment is more than USD 120 million, covering an area of 467, 000 square meters, with an annual output value of more than USD 400 million. We have more than 1, 600 employees and the annual production capacity of special vehicles can reach 28, 000 units.

In 2001, our company took the lead in passing the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certificate and was certified by 3C in 2003. We have more than 258 vehicle models announced by China′s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and obtain many international certificates such as CE, ADR, ASME and so on. In 2006, HCSV was awarded the title of "Famous Trademark" and was recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise".
